Shipping Info: All items are shipped via UPS.
We will do our best to provide you with tracking number(s), As Fast as possible.
D&R Computers is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. This is the responsibility of the shipping company.
D&R Computers is more than happy to help with any damage claims that need to be processed in the unfortunate event that your item(s) are edamaged in shipping.
Returns: All returns are handled on a case by case basis by a HUMAN BEING
. This is to insure that you get the best service posible and that all customers get the personal attention and results that they deserve.
Below is a list of our standard warranties and return policies.
Return Shipping Info:
ALL items must have a RMA number before return shipment.
To obtain an RMA number please use the contact form
D&R Computers is not responsible for return shipping charges for any return/replacement services.
At this time dnrpc.com does not offer cross shipping.
No collect(cod) shipments will be accepted
Shipments arriving at D&R Computers with charges due are subject to being returned the originator.

Please feel free to ship via the carrier of your choice. DNRPC.COM will not be responsible for shipments for
which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
Physical Damage Policy:
Physical damage to any product purchased at dnrpc.com will void
warranty coverage. Improper Installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking
may cause CPU damage. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are
considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement.
Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any
other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Please refer to manufacture(s)
for recommended CPU installation instructions.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to compatibility issues, Wrong item orders, customer
error, or other non-defective items returned to dnrpc.com Restocking fees are not charged when you return a
defective item. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. |
