    Normal Business hours(9am-5pm,Mon.-Fri.)  On-site service work is billable at $75 per hour.*  **

    After Business hours(5pm-9am,Mon.-Fri.)  On-site service work is billable at $150 per hour.*  **

Remote rates:***

    Normal Business hours(9am-5pm,Mon.-Fri.)  remote service work is billable at $75 per hour.**

*On-site service calls within 20 miles of our offices do not incur any drive time fees.  On-site service calls farther than 20 miles from our offices will incur a $35 drive time fee.

**these rates are base rates for home Customers, and non-server business Customer work.  Server work will be be billed according to the priority(scheduled/non scheduled) and operating system involved.
